Our Corrugated Packaging Solutions

We manufacture regular and custom boxes of all types and strength suited for various products.

Regular Slotted Container

This is the most common box style. All flaps are the same length from the score to the edge. Ideal for shipping small individual items such as cups, mugs and books.

Half Slotted Containers

These are similar to Regular Slotted Containers except that they have only one set of flaps. The opposite side of the box is open, which allows it to slide over an item. Ideal for large, heavy objects such as washing machines and refrigerators.

Corrugated Trays

These are used mainly to hold small objects. They are useful when product visibility and easy handling are of prime importance. Ideal for food and beverage industry products such as bottled water, soft drinks, snacks, etc.

Full Overlap Containers

The outer flaps overlap the full width of the box thus making it resistant to rough handling. All flaps are the same depth, and their depth equals the width of the box. Ideal for heavy objects like washing machines and refrigerators that require extra support.

Die Cut Custom Boxes

Custom corrugated boxes are made to exact specifications based on customer requirements. We manufacture custom boxes in all styles and in custom sizes and in full colour. Ideal for unique products such as cosmetics, toys, gifts, etc.

Roll End Tuck Top Boxes

These are simple unglued boxes that need to be folded when assembled. These are great for shipping narrow items. Ideal for retail packaging like coffee, tea, vitamins etc.

Quality Assurance

We manufacture regular and custom boxes of all types and strength suited for various products.

Corrugated boxes of different shapes, burst strength, and design are offered just for the right product to be shipped across multiple continents. Right from the paper cutting units to pasting to the right perforations, all processes are monitored and checked with the most stringent norms of quality control. Export houses shipping products of various dimensions have built the trust on preferring corrugated solutions through Global Packaging because of the service, timeliness and quality standards.

Global Packaging conducts extensive testing during every stage of the production process. Testing through different methods like burst strength, COBB test, RCT, etc. is key to testing the product at regular levels.

The burst strength indicates the withstanding capacity of corrugated boxes and special care is taken when packaging heavy objects to ensure that products are delivered without any damage.

Appropriate protection and durability of the box assumes even more significance for perishable products like fruits, vegetables and seafood exported to faraway continents. Delays in movement and other logistics hurdles always mean that the packaging has to be carefully executed. Our boxes, meticulously crafted for our clients, are of the right strength, minimum gross weight and the highest quality.
